William J. Shea Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1965 as a real estate brokerage agency specializing in residential appraisal services. Second generation providers of appraisal services, Shea Realty Advisors, LLC has developed into a regional commercial/industrial real estate valuation and consulting firm servicing the lending community, corporations, non-profits, government entities and private individuals.

In 1997, Shea Realty Advisors, LLC was established and continues to provide real estate valuation and advisory services throughout the Delaware Valley.
Based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, the firm provides primary market coverage in the nine counties and three states that constitute the Delaware Valley. Secondary service areas include south-central Pennsylvania, northeastern Pennsylvania, central New Jersey and southern Delaware. ​

Mr. Shea holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation, is a general certified appraiser in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania.
